Send an inquiry or discuss your dream journey with one of our experts. Tell us the trip you want, or share a sketchy plan with a wish list of destinations or wildlife encounters, a specific activity you have in mind, or maybe you’re open to new ideas.

Within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry, we will match you with a travel specialist who will take time to understand your travel dream and craft it according to your needs and expectations. Our team is dedicated to designing journeys that reflect our values. Therefore, expect a refined trip that fulfills your aspirations.

Your dedicated travel expert will start designing your dream adventure based on your exact dates, pricing and availability to meet your wildest expectations. They will narrow down the hundreds of lodges, the number of nights you will spend in each location, activities, all transfers and ground arrangements to come up with what really suits you. You’ll receive your fully detailed itinerary as an interactive, digital portal outlining a day-by-day plan, routings and accurate quotes.

We’ll take our time perfecting your itinerary. We’ll refine it together by adding in little details or giving you our personal ideas and suggestions, because we know that these details are what ultimately make your trip complete. We will continue to tweak it, for example by making dinner reservations, incorporating any available discounts or booking additional tours and experiences, until it matches your expectations and you are 100% satisfied.

Once you confirm and you’re 100% satisfied with your custom trip, we’ll send you a booking form for completion and ask you to pay a deposit (usually 30%). We will go ahead and confirm your hotel reservations, internal flights, gorilla permits, chimpanzee permits, activities and all other reservations included in your trip. Any changes or cancellation requests are subject to our standard T&Cs. However, if we have to change anything on your itinerary, we will work to secure alternative arrangements (in consultation with you).

After your trip is booked, your travel expert will provide a preparation package that includes your detailed itinerary, packing list and destination guides. We’ll walk with you every step of the way throughout your travels to ensure a seamless transition—providing 24/7 on-the-ground support.
